Easy - Pay a dealer likely over $2000 to order, assemble and install a power seat.
Cheap - Buy a used seat assemble off craigslist that is a matching color, I believe the vehicle should have the the electrical connector under the manual seat all wired for a power seat.
Of course if you want heated/cooled seats there is so much extra stuff I would not even try it.
Here is the connector under the seat that you should have.

I was at my ford dealer and was told no way can we do that....I would of paid through the nose for it, Did not care. I heard there should be wires under that drivers seat for the electric seat.....Heat and other stuff not needed, So find the wires first, then a new used seat.......lol.......Now to find the wires.....
The power seat shouldn't be that hard for a dealer, it would be a a royal pain in the *** to order every single piece and assemble it from scratch making sure the wires are routed correctly, but no worse then the other **** we do regularly.
If a customer wanted this I would charge at least 8 hours cause of the nightmare it would be, I would probably pull a power seat from another stock vehicle to make sure it goes together correctly. Keep in mind this is coming from a tech who's taken apart multiple dashes, stripped them down completely and reassembled without any worry.
Now I can understand a dealer not wanting to do it for warranty purposes, if you pay say $2500 but we can't warranty it cause it didn't come with the truck could easily lead to a big fight down the road.
I would not install a heated/cooled seat for a customer, there is simply to much that would have to be replaced and even some rewiring of the vehicle within the dash.
Look under the driver seat for that connector I posted earlier and check if the all the wires are present, in the picture shaded pins mean no wire in that spot.
The reason it would be electrically simple to add just a power seat is the plug is already there and everything for the seat is contained in the seat assemble itself - adjustment switch, seat track, motors, sensors, airbag, seatbelt.

You are to kind....I pray Its just plug and play under there... Im a wood working furniture building dummy when it comes to this. Any chance I find a seat out of another 2018 elec seat and it just plugs in? or will the dummy have to cut and splice wires? I can see me putting neg wire back on battery and the air bad hitting me in the face.....Which really hurts...
Go check if you have that connector with all those wires, if you do then it's just plug and play for a power seat.
You may have to add the fuses for a power seat though, Ford likely didn't install the power seat fuses since the vehicle wouldn't need them.
Well thank you.....Its in storage for winter at a buddies house....I will get down there this week and search......I can only hope for factory wires.....again..... thank you
Thsts the correct connector, be best if you could disconnect it and make sure all the wires are there, look at my previous post for connector face, there is a 99.9% chance all wires are there on vehicle side of harness
Have you found a donor power seat yet?
