Replaced my basic am/fm radio in my 2011 E-350 with an am/fm radio with cd player. The new radio buttons will not illuminate when I turn the lights on. Any help would be much appreciated. John

check the wire coming from the radio, if its new it should have a + taped on it, and splice it to the wire comin from the battery, my expierence is that its yellow cord
