Hi, my name is bryan. I came to this forum because I bought a 79 f250 custom camper special 351M 4 speed 4:10 rear. 600 edelbrock 1405. $600.00 In rough shape. So far with the help of reading the forms on this site and u tube Iand on a $500 budget I have replaced drums pads wheel clyinders and wheel seals, Fuel pump, freeze plug , intake manifold gasket, master cylinder and new plugs, ,wires, distributor and cap. Bought a 1971 10' foot coachman truck camper $150 for my home. Some rebuilding of corners and a whole lot of cleaning. After 2 weeks of 14 hr days I left montana headed south. Beaver ut had to replace thermostat. Just into az strip waiting for new edelbrock to come the other was to far gone to rebuild. Never worked on a truck before this Ford. Because of this form I went from homeless and $1700 to my name buy an old truck off of craigs list fix it haul me and and my camper to warm weather. Life is good once again. I will be using the form once again when my carb arrives to get advice on putting it on and adjusting it. Thank you members of ford fourm.
