New arrival from Henry's Hometown!
Hi all...new to the site, but not new to being a Ford enthusiast! Can't even count how many I've had over the past few decades, but it's been quite a few...both new and old, for sure!
In addition to working on, driving and enjoying Ford and Mercury products (plus ONE Lincoln...but it was a lemon! Ha Ha!) myself, my experience comes from working at Ford Light Truck Operations for many years back in the 90s, and also as a "Heavy Engine" mechanic at a Ford dealership for a while. Of course, I also work on cars and engines as well as doing wiring, carb rebuilds and other services for people I know and for refferals.
Living in Dearborn, you're not just NEAR the world of Ford Motor Company...you become part of it...and it becomes part of you!!
Looks like an informative, friendly and fun site you've built here...thanks for letting me climb up to the treehouse, so to speak!!

Ha Ha...I chose "400M" for my screen name because it IS my favorite Ford V8! I've had a few and they DO tend to sludge up and lose oil pressure, but even so, they STILL run strong and sound completely mean! I'm building a fresh one now for another 78 F150...just can't kill 'em!!!
Thanks for the welcoming words, everyone!!!

I got one of those 400M engines in this 1978 T-bird asphalt oval track racer.
