I justy sold my 2000 Audi and bought a 05 Explorer Eddie Bauer. I'm loving it but I have the upgrade bug and I need to know what kind of performance upgrades are most beneficial to the Ford 4.0l V6 motor and where to buy them.

I drive a 2000 A6 Avant, and my wife drives a 2003 Explorer XLT.
