Picking up a e250 2003 with 215000 for $3000 ....did I get a good deal ?

Don't know how to post pic but the van is in excellent condition, no rust new tires, divider cage , interior looks mint, only issue he told me is an exhaust leak . If the van is in neutral and I step on the gas and hold it , I hear it missing . Van was used for an home appliance store .
