Hi all, just found this site and am glad to find a place to interact with other Ford owners. I've owned my 1994 Explorer XLT for about 3 years and am completely pleased with it. Except for a few minor problems, which can be expected in a 12 year old vehicle, it has preformed well for what I ask it to do.

I'm from CT and am a Master Locksmith by trade, owning a small lock shop. One of the reasons I bought the Explorer aside from using it as a work vehicle, was to tow my small pop up tent trailer. While I had one tranny issue from towing (overheated until I installed a cooler 2 years ago), overall it has done a great job. Looking forward to picking up some good ideas from this forum as well as sharing what knowledge I have picked up over the years.
