I drive and own a 2005 Ford E250 cargo van. Brought it used in 2006 with about 29,000 miles on it. I now have 331,000 miles on it. I only use synthetic oil for all my oil changes done every 6,000 miles. The motor has lasted longer than the tranny. I had to have it rebuilt around 175,000 miles. I drive about 150 to 200 miles a day.
