Default P71 OWner from VA

Good morning. I just bought a 2007 P71 with 122k miles on it. I was looking at it for over a week and finally pulled the trigger. I'm enjoying the forum so far and look forward to learning, too.

I'd load pics, but I can't figure out how to do that.

Welcome to the site and congratulations on the new ride..

On the images,

In your reply message, scroll down to 'additional options' an then select the 'Manage Attachments/tab' to open a window for you to find and upload images. There are size restrictions and sometimes for larger files/pics an offsite photo service and link to post here make for nice full size images to share..

Thanks. I have been a fan of lowrider since I was a kid. I'm old now, so the idea of leaking hydraulics or fragile airbag suspensions doesn't appeal to me. Perhaps if I hit the lotto!

In the real scheme of things, I'd like to get some mufflers(Full exhaust would be nice except for cost). I am trying to find what I like, but youtube videos are hard to get a good read on true sound. Especially if they're sitting idle. The car has carpet and leather seats, so interior is fine. I'd like to replace the factory head unit and factory speakers since I'm a music lover. Some Cragar SS(Or similar) wheels would suit me. Perhaps a repaint sometime. I don't like blue, but this shade of blue really works for this car. I'd probably just have the same color redone.

I really like this car. It's the 1st car I've bought in 10 years, and it's the first V8 I've owned since the 1990s.
