Default Passenger Power Window not working- 17 ford explorer

I have a 2017 ford explorer xlt and the button on the driver side for the passenger front window quit working, but the button on the passenger side worked still. Now both do not work, and this all happened within 3/4 days of each other. So, could this be the motor for the window? Or?…. Help 🫠

Before tearing the passenger side door apart, suggest you check the wiring on the driver's side door hinge area. Either way it can be a tedious job.

When we look at the use the passenger side window gets, it is nothing compared to the opening and closing of the driver's side door and the chances of a wire breaking are greater.
The driver's side master sw can be easily removed to verify it is providing power and ground for the passenger side motor. It provides the ground for the pass side when in the neutral position..If that wire is broken neither sw will work.

Check the Fuse-26 (passenger-side window motor), it's 30A, just replace it and see if it works. Then unplug it and find out why the fuse blows, don't just replace the fuse.
