rear springs/mounting

Default rear springs/mounting

I need to install new rear brackets for my leaf springs. With out the aid of a tourch or air chisle what is the best way to remove th rivets in the exsisting brackets ,anyone?

Duct tape, and a hammer! J/K. Maybe you could drill out the center of the old rivets and then try to hammer them out with a chisel and hammer. Oh, by the way you'll get more response if this was in the right forum!
