Remap after new turbo?

Remap after new turbo?
Hi Guys/Girls,
I am a owner of 2016. Ford Focus ST with 250hp but it is custom tuned to 300hp. My old turbo is broken and I already put new one. After that i have problem between 2500rpm and 4200rpm
it makes 1.5bar and car makes some strange sound and does not go that well but after 4200rpm when boost drop a little bit it goes "normaly".
So my question is : Should I do a remap again?
