Default Shift Indicator Help

Hey guys, I have a shift indicator that has come across my desk and I have no idea which Ford it came out of. It is an overdrive shift indicator. I am guessing 90's, but don't know. Part # on the side of the indicator is F0VF-7B033-A. I have researched as much as I know how and can not come up with that part # anywhere. I have tried to compare with other pictures from the internet from various models and still nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

FOVF is...
FO=1990),, F is the decade meaning 90's, 0=1990,, Lincoln is represented by (V) and the Forth letter represents General part/Electrical etc. The rest of the data is base part number (transmission automatic or manual and clutch) final letter is a revision if any..
