Default Stereo installera problems

So, I’m installing a new stereo in our old galaxy and of course the connections didn’t match. So, I cut the wires and found out which one is 12v etc. but here is my problem, I get to low voltage from my + cable.

no other cable have higher volt. It’s the thickest red one.

I checked fuses and read the voltage on the battery as well, and there it says 12.7.

does anyone know what I’m missing? I’m going crazy.
i haven’t done this kind of stuff for like 20 years.

According to your screenshot, your meter looks to be set/reading AC voltage..
