New 5" lift on 03 F150 crew

Default New 5" lift on 03 F150 crew
Loving my old crew again. Just did a 5 inch Rough Country lift and changed out all the tie rods pitman arm idler arm ball joints while doing it. Also went to the junkyard and got a Ford Expedition roof rack cut it down painted it and attached using riv nuts. New MagnaFlow aggressive exhaust new Rockstar threes with Patagonia tires. New drive shaft u joints.
