Default Replaceable heater hose tube?

Hi. I have a 99 F-150 4.6L REM. There is a metal pipe rising from the AFT RH side of my intake manifold which goes to my heater core (after transitioning to a rubber hose). This pipe is severely corroded and needs replaced. I have searched all over the net and cannot find a straight answer to my question: is this pipe replaceable or is it a part of the manifold? This pipe connects, through the manifold, to another pipe which runs under the manifold, in the valley of the engine, to the back of the water pump. I am not concerned about the pipe under the manifold, only the approximately 9" long one with a 90 degree bend which connects to the core.

If it is replaceable, what, specifically, is it called (maybe that's why I can't find a decent answer or place to buy one)? If it is not replaceable, are there any suggestions as to how to "modify" this setup without buying an new manifold?

Thanks for your reply but, as stated, I am not interested in the line UNDER the manifold, I need the one ABOVE it, the one that actually attaches to the manifold. The one in the post you referenced is the continuation of the one I need which connects between the RH head and the water pump. I can find this one EVERYWHERE and am aware that some have the short flexible hose on the pump end (some are all metal).

If anyone has info on the "top" tube, it would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, thought that was the one you were looking for. Have you tried looking on Official Ford Parts Site | Buy Motorcraft & OEM Ford Parts Online | FordParts.com to see if there is any info there?
