Does anyone out there know anything about a 1965 concept vehicle called the "XD Cobra"? This is a two-seat convertible with retractable head lamps (see images below).

 

I could see no images. But I imagine the car you're referring to is likely a similar version of the AC Cobra. I have seen versions of this car in a convertible ( and all cobras are 2 seats). Maybe you could contact Shelby American and get more information unless it's a kit car.
