Default Ford Wireless Device
Found this in NYC few weeks ago. Called Koon's Ford of Culpepper and they state categorically that they know of no such device. The flat side with info can be pressed and there is an opening at one end which suggests some signal can be emitted. What might it be?

Looks like it would be part of a detachable key holder..
