Default How to contact a district manager

I just bought an Edge at the local Ford dealer. I have had a problem with the lease on me previous car and have hit a wall in the dealer and now feel it is time to get some help with the problem from a higher up(not thAt high up). I need to know how to get in touch with a district manager for my area. I live in the long island area of NY. Any help will be appreciated.

I think the best thing to do is call the Ford Relationship Number. I pulled it off of MyFord for you.

If you prefer to contact us by phone, simply call the Customer Relationship Center toll-free at:

1-800-392-FORD (3673)
1-800-833-0312 (TDD for the hearing impaired)

Hours (Eastern Standard Time):
8 a.m. - 8 p.m., Monday-Friday
9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Saturday

You will NEVER, EVER get what you want. So as the saying goes--"Let the buyer beware".
