Inner balance tool
When everything around me began to collapse — problems at work, in relationships, health — I felt myself losing my footing. Everything was becoming gray, and it seemed that even the morning had no meaning. I was looking for something that would help me hold on. Not motivational quotes, not videos, but something real. I ended up on what is procrastination by accident — and stayed. Every day I started making short notes: how I feel, what is happening. Not with the purpose of analyzing, but to at least see that I exist, that the day is going on. And, to my surprise, it really stabilized my condition. A little order in my head gave me the strength to move on.
