Hey All, I am selling my NGS scan tool, compatable with eec4 systems and OBDII systems up to year 2003(pre-can networks).. comes with scan tool unit itself, 12.1 diagnostic card. and obdII and EEC4 cables... scan tool works great, but the screen flickers a little bit. may need to send in for repairs($100-200), that is why i am only asking $500.00 obo. if you know what these cost normally, youll know this is a steal.
