URGENT!!!! Procal Mustang tune

I tried installing the procal tune on mustang ecoboost and when it was installing at the end it said that the install failed and i went on the tab were it says information for vin it was not showing vin and now car wont start. Any siggestions please!!!!!!

Cranks, but no start? Theft light blinking?

Tried returning it to the Factory tune? If nothing works or the tool is locked I’d call
Procal.
