I had filet mignon last night off the grill and my girlfriend dropped by the Hunter steakhouse and bought some whiskey peppercorn sauce...yummy! If you havent tries theres and you have a Hunters in the neighborhood...try it!

hey trader, I did a search and we dont have a Hunters, but we have TLC (Texas Land & Cattle Steak houses). Have you ever head of Ruth Steak house? I hear they're the best.

 

Too bad about Hunters... that sauce! As for Ruth, we have a Ruth Chris down in San Diego and they are suppose to be the very best. I treated my girl about a 1 1/2 ago for her birthday. We had 2 filets mignons medium rare, but you have to pay "extra" for salads, and veggies, and pots... ended up being $150 with 2 drinks! Needless to say, I have never been back! I like a good steak but it wasnt worth a buck 50 in my opinion!
