Fuel Issues 1993 Mercury Topaz GS 2.4L
Recently the fuel pump went out on my 1993 Mercury topaz, I dropped the fuel tank and replaced the entire fuel sending system. Now the car will start, but dies quickly after. Did not have this issue before old pump went out. The car only has about 2 gallons of gas in it, and is on ramps in the back. Was wondering what this problem could be due to, and what I need to do to fix it. Fuel pressure? Bad pump? Any advice is appreciated.
