the intake came off of my 351w motor that i blew up. the holley carb is about 2 years old, but with low mileage because its been in my shed for about 1 year. I also have a 351 w motor that has a huge hole in the side of the pan. make an offer. I know that hte carb sells for $275.00 in the parts stores. The intake is too big for the 5.0 motor or I would have put it on. Serious inquires only.
