Humming noise

Humming noise
First time posting here. My truck is 2018 Ford F-150 STX (2 wheel drive only) with 2.7L V6 Engine. The humming noise comes from the front of the truck somewhere under the hood but it’s not the engine. No humming sound during idling or pushing for gas in neutral. It’s not speed independent either. Can Drive on highway 75 mph with same level of noise around 35-45mph. And the noise isn’t constant. It comes and goes. I did some research on youtube. Some suggest it’s the vacuum check valve, IWE or Wheel Bearing but I don’t know if my truck has them or not? I went to Ford Dealership today with an appointment but was told will have to drop off and pick up 2 days later, even with the appointment. So it’s very frustrating. I need to drive out of town for Thanksgiving and am worried it might breakdown on the road. Anyone who can offer some advice would be very much appreciated!

Wheel bearing noise will change pitch and in intensity as the load is changed on it during turns and cornering. Best to see what the dealer comes up with.
What country are you located? Driving out of town for Thanksgiving in March?
