2008 f250 lariat 6.4l deisel. Grinding almost whistling like noise coming from tires Was driving fine with no issues. Parked. Got back in twenty mins later and started making this noise as the wheels spun

breaks maybe, or bearings ? Could this potentially be something else ?

 

You might want to get under the truck and look for rust trails at the U-Joints on the driveshaft.
