I am looking for junk yards that specialize in Fords and specifically towards Excursions/F250/F350 models that are along the route from FL to Albuquerque NM ( route I10, Dallas, Amarillo, Albuquerque). I'm needing some obsolete parts that my best bet is going to be used at this point.

There is a place , "Vintage Parts Inc", that might have what you are looking for, the only problem , you need to have your local dealership check with them .
They seem to only sell to dealerships, but if you need it , you need it ! !

I think the OP has already sold the car, but I still want to add my two cents here. I've recently faced a similar situation and had to look for a way to sell a non-running car. Everything was done fast and even got more cash than expected.
