Default building sleeper

Sorry to bother every one, but i am building a 1950 Ford pickup, and am building a 1991 5.8 EFI engine, K1 Technologies Forged Crankshafts 351-4000KB6F-S, scat I beam 8,000 rpm connecting rods, baja beast cam, machined and weight matched 30 over pistons, Edelbrock Performer Truck 5.8 EFI Intake Manifold 3881, AFR 185cc SBF Renegade 20 Degree Street/Strip Heads 58cc cumbustion chamber. Does anyone make an engine control harness and computer system that i can use with all of this, and have a street setting, and a strip setting? Like a switch on the dash, like a tow haul switch that i can toggle between the street, and the strip?
I have spent allot of hard earned money to build the engine, over $10,000 invested, not including the Ford racing 4W70 transmission, $5000. I did not realize it would be such a hassle until after i built the engine.
I got the engine for free for my 93 4x4, because I thought the engine was going out. Found that the ecm was bad, and after replacing it, that the map sensor was also bad. Replaced it and the 200,000 mile 5.0 runs great. So i built this engine for a project. I did not want to build a mustang, been done way to much, so found a 1950 ford pickup, 2x4. Am wanting to make it into a sleeper, headers with electric exhaust cut outs, dual program transmission, and engine computer for street, and strip. The trans was not a problem at all, bought it from ford racing, trans with computer, harnesss, complete just the way i wanted it. But the engine control system on the other hand, it is being a nightmare.... the ford emissions system is more complicated then it needs to be in those years....
