Hi! After a cooler line blew off I had my truck towed home. I got the line fixed and topped off the ATF fluid. When I drive it and get up to 20 mph and then take my foot of the accelerator, it feels like we are using the breaks.... Like something is binding.... It does this for a second and then lets go. This does not happen in 1, 2, or R... Only in D... I turn off O/D and it acted the same. Same goes for 4H and 4L. What the heck is going on?

 

May have a sealing ring problem, trying to go into 2 gears at the same time. check MLPS (neutral safety sw adjustment).
Was vehicle front or rear towed?
