i know that the ford aod had two gear ratios one was standerd where first gear is 2.40.1 and the wide range where the first gear is 2.84.1. which was used on the svo mustangs and 92-93 trucks. is there a way spot the difference with a part number on the door sticker or on the transmission itself. or what kind of truck used them.
