Default High rpm before shifting. Wouldn’t start first time after fuel up

2013 f150, 5 litre ecoboost. 190,000km
started about a month ago.
Runs up to 4000rpms if I try to accelerate quickly.
Used to be somewhere around 2500.
will switch in lower gears fairly smooth, but 4 and 5 lag and then it takes 6-8 seconds to jump to 6th.
Thursday last week I filled up and it didn’t start first try. Turned over, wanted to, but then fizzled out. Second try was like normal, just started.
have not had an issue starting outside of this. Any suggestions?

Sorry if this is in the wrong thread. I am not much of a car guy (large understatement). This seems like it would be a transmission issue to me. If this should be somewhere else, please let me know.
