Just in case it helps someone...even the paint matched! there is a gap in the middle but it does not show...I also had to cut some hideen from view plastic in order to have the gate close without rubbing against some other plastic.

here are the pics...the gap is not important in my eyes and does not alter the fixing it solidly

gap does not affect attaching, still 2 screws on sides...one could put long screws if obsessed about attaching parts!

i have not re-installed the parking aid sensor aids yet...wiring is in bags and tucked in

side has big clip to fix cover
