1996 windstar interior lights wont work. Dont have owners manual. Any help?. thanks

 

Check the Fuses, Check the Bulbs. Those are the kind of items to have spares handy because they are not expensive and can be swapped out if you can't visually check them, although with most fuses and Lamps you can usually visually inspect them to see if the Fuse wire or the Lamp element is complete, meaning you can't see a break in the element.

If you have a multimeter you can check the resistance of the fuse or lamp element. Both should register as near zero ohms if they are good.Although I think a lamp might read just slightly higher because of the element resistance but still it should be less than 30 Ohms.
