my '98 windstar has problems starting when it is warm outside. it is like the engine isnt getting fuel. i have checked the fuses, the inertia switch, and depressed the relief valve on the fuel line and there is no fuel pressure, but after it sits for a day or so it will start. any ideas or suggestions?

 

Sounds like the fuel pump is bad. Next time this happens use a rubber mallet or 2x4 and bang on the gas tank, this will sometimes free the fuel pump from binding and work again.
