99 Windstar--Air Filter
I am new to this forum. Recently replaced reluctantly, my 95 AWD Aerostar. Made it to 188,000 miles and that was it. Recently replaced it with a 99 Windstar with 48,000 on it. Did some routine maintenance on the Windstar, but cannot find where the air filter goes. Got a Fram Filter and no where to put it. I did find the cabin filter though, boy was that thing dirty. Am I an idiot and the air filter is in plain sight or is there some trick to this? I've got the 3.8L. Thanks.
One more thing, any chance the Windstar (no tow package) is capable of towing a Mazda Miata on a tow dolly?

Yeah, what he said. Filter is in plain sight, just watch your alignment of this box when you put it together. It would probably tow Miata, but I would'nt want to go cross country or use overdrive.
