Default blowing fuse # 20 on my 95 windstar

when i turn key to on/start position i keep blowing fuse S 30 amp in the engine compart, engine will crank, everything lights up but won't start, background, changed out alternator ,it was working then stopped and left with the fuse blowing, disconected alternator,starter leads but still blowing fuse,also change out ignition switch, any ideas to what is going on?

Welcome to the site..

Out in the engine comparment fuse box, unplug the PCM power relay.. Still blow the fuse?

Would have been simpler if it had..

What engine, 3.0 or 3.8?

I can send you some diagrams if you can do some spot checks?

engine size 3.8 , hey yeah, send me anything you can , do you think the pcm is out? would you know what that fuse , s 30 amp, controls.
