Default First Post/ 96 aeorstar Heat Problem

I have not heat because the blower motor isn't spinning. The motor is good and the fuse is fine, but when I pulled my dash apart I have no power on any of the wires going to the fan motor blower switch in the dashboard. I found a resistor online and the dealer says that they have it in stock, but I can't find its location under the dash. Can anyone help me out?

Blower resistor is out under the hood, Passenger/right side, mounted in the evaporator box.. Just to the right of the receiver drier...
