i owna 99 windstar with the 3.8v6 and have the common p0171 and p0174 and noticed there are 2 tsb's out for vehicles with the same issue. if i take t to ford do they fix it orwill i be charged for the repairs? i have alraedy done the intake manifold gaskets, but not the valve cover issue or the little vacuum line to the manifold. i was also told it couold be the intke manifold runner control. any thoughts or tips would be greatly appreciated as the van is not driveable because it keeps stalling randomly, thanks in advance
