I have a 1998 winstar that is having issues with the front heater. the heat will get warm but not hot only after i have been doing 55mph or faster for at least a half hr but when i slow down to below 45mph the heat turns cold again . what can i do to resolve this problem so myself and my kids dont freeze to death?
