so i bought a 98 windstar from my sister in april 2011.
she had the transmission rebuilt in november 2010 at 185777.
they gave her a 12 month 12k local miles warranty.
she took it back to the transmission shop in march 2010 at 187320 to replace valve body.
i bought the van in april.
the transmission takes a crap agian in june at 189838.
took it back to transmission shop. replaced valve body and pump shaft.
in june (about 15 days later) transmission over heats. needed to be rebuilt again at 190183.
and here i am now, the van barely moves. im at 190999. well within the warranty. can i make them replace the transmission with a totally different one, or will they keep fixing the same one?
