HELP i just put in a new ac in my 2000 ford windstar 3.0 and i can't find a place for the orifice needle does any one knows where i can find it

 

Thde orifice is located on the evaporator line just before it goes thru the firewall. You'll have to remove the upper and lower cowel to get to it. Also, if you have rear A/C, you have an expansion valve located at the rear evaporator.

What are you calling "NEW" A/C? A compressor? If so, whym was the compressor replaced? Did you replace the accumulator? Replace the condensor? Flush the remaining system?
