Tell the world a little bit about your vehicle
When I turned 16 my dad bought the first ever cadillac catera it was a 1997 green one that I absolutely loved. and Ive always wanted one. however this car is known to be problematic and the age means most people dont take care of it.

Engine/Drivetrain Modifications:
3.0 liter v6 with an 4 speed automatic transmission. this car has been adapted to run a aftermarket turbonetics 15g turbo as well which can push up to 15psi of boost. Ive never actually ran this car in the quarter mile. Mostly I just cleaned up the engine bay and wanted this car to sound mean. its set up to have a extremely loud external wastegate. Which is HKS and can hit extreme decibels... My gf complains about not being able to talk when im slamming on the gas. LOL I get around 25-29 mpg with the turbo turned correctly. I also have controllers that allow me to adjust the air/fuel ratio and the booster controller. This was installed by a place close to me that all they do is install aftermarket engine parts on v6 and v8 motors. This was the first catera they had ever worked on. However they said it was super easy. It also has a DOHC system the car factory is 200hp Currently Id estimate its around 325hp 260ft-lbs@3900 rpms. 200hp @6500 rpm the engine made by Opel is called the L81

Suspension Modifications:
all the suspension has been upgraded by a conpany called "Sunpro" The hardest decision here was to upgrade to airbags or to stay factory. I decided to just upgrade what was already there to give her a more stable ride platform at higher speeds being able to take a corner at a more reliable tighter ability. This car is now just as nimble as any small 2 door coupe. and rides so good even on the roughest terrain. It has been designed with a completely silent air compressor. and you could put a 20 thousand pound grand piano in the trunk and the car wouldnt squat at all. All in all Sunpro products for springs, compressors. bolts. etc are amazing. and since the entire suspension is coated then painted in reds, greens, purples, blues, oranges etc I have a very colorful suspension that looks amazing!

Wheels/Tires Modifications:
the rims on this car I took forever to search and find they are called "assassins" they are 20 inches and are Gold plated. that make this car POP... the tires are a semi low profile tire with a 2 inch white wall to give it that "cadillac pimp" look the tires are Pirelli centuration.

Interior/Exterior Modifications:
interior of this vehicle is mostly factory. its all grey interior with a darker grey and blackish dash. with brushed nickel trim moldings. I did upgrade the lights to be red in color from the factory white. and then in the glove compartment is where the turbo and other controllers are. I have yet to install the pilar gauges because im having trouble finding a good pilar. I think im gonna have to make one myself!

Future Modifications:
in the future I plan on painting this car a sparkling dark forest green. and changing all the exterior trim from chrome to be Gold. I want to upgrade the hood and put a nice small subtle. wood grain set of racing stripes down the center of the hood. and on the trunk. I would like to upgrade the muffler and exaust system to a high performance exaust that will make the engine have a nice deep monotone growl that sounds like a v8. Id also love to have a nice high end DVD player and stereo system. with all JL audio amps and subs. and hopefully a nice DVD player with two monitors in the headrests for my future kids... lastly. Id like to have the midded body kit to make it look more like the sporty Opel counterpart Read more ยป

In 2001 cadillac modded the rear end of the catera to have a more fluid design removing the huge LED light in the center of the trunk. WHich IMHO should have been left alone cuz it was sexy

the current cadillac engine notice the center air intake designed specially for Cold air. Under these two covers are aluminum lines that have been polished extremely to allow for the smoothest air intake to the engine. All the electronic components are wrapped in NASA made material for protection. This is one of the nicest looking engine bays made in 2001 IMHO
