The wiper work but not the spray pump, no blower fan, the hazard lights won't shut off, the radio is messed up,won't crank with key or if I put power directly to the solenoid. I am going to take pics of the disconnected wires and try to download. I am going to try charging the battrey. I fixed one major short, the positive and negative were both hooked up to the battery stud on the starter

 

While I was under the car I figured. Out a few more things. The engine turns over by hand. Took the starter out and cleaned it now it works. Found out where a few more wires go.

 

fixed a few more wires and the car runs. headlight still doesn't work as well as the blower fan, and the spray pump and the interior light. didn't try the clutch yet but i am thinking just an adjustment. i have just a few more wires to hook up as well as a sensor up by the front pully. when i push the horn button i do not hear any clicks. and i cannot get the hazard light to shut off. i am thinking another trip to pull and save for more pics and bolts. the charge light won't go out but the alternator is charging at 14.7 to 15 volts maybe the battery is tfu? but it runs i would like to put in mechanical oil pressure gauge and a mechanical temp gauge.

 

Ford alternators can drive one up the wall. When we install a rebuilt and still have problems a good part of the time the alternator is no good because some rebuilders can't seem to get them right. When possible we try to stay with OEM Parts.

 

eveything works ok now except one headlight is dim, still no horn the dome light works sometimes but not when you open the door.and the hazard lights still won't shut off so the next major thing is to take the steering wheel off. as soon as i finish cleaning the car out, dog hair and spilled pop everywhere.
