Default dvd player not working

I just got a used 2004 Freestar. It has a dvd player, but can't get it to work. It doesn't do anything like there isn't any power. From what I saw from the owner's guide, fuse #10 is for the dvd player and it was visually and electrically good. Any suggestions on how to get it working or points of power to check?

There may be any short of connections;check the wire carefully.
