has anyone here installed a navigation system in their 02-04 explorer/mountaineer? from what i've seen there wasn't a factory one available for those years..... but the expedition had one. anyone ever tried to put one from an expedition in an explorer? from what i can see the expedition nav system is a hair taller. any aftermarket installs anyone want to share? do your steering wheel controlls still work? thanx.

 

i have the alpine navagation installed with the iva d300 alpine in dash dvd system this is the most accurate nav i have seen on the market kind of pricey though but well worth it 1500.00 for dvd system 1700.00 for nav

 

what happened to the function of the steering wheel buttons?
