5.4L SOHC 16 Valve Triton V8 locked up
Any help on a master rebuild kit or where to get parts to rebuild.
Back (2) cylinders locked up, so i'll prob need to cyl. rods as well.
Unless it would be better to replace the whole motor with a better one.
Any help would be great.
