Default 2003 F-150 FX4 5.4 triton ticking in the left rear

I have been having trouble with my truck ticking while im slowing down. It seems to do it more when i turn right. i jacked both rear tires off the ground and the backleft seemed to drag a little while spinning it with my hands. It wont power brake either. i know it is a heavy truck but the 5.4 should turn the tires with no problem. Any advise would help. If more info is needed i will give it.

How many miles is on the truck? From what you are saying it sound like a braking issue possibly with the parking brake shoes. If you ca take the caliper off with both wheels up in the air. Check and see if you can turn the hub. if you can turn the hub try compressing the caliper (I dont think the is the screw in style). If you can't compress the caliper then you may have a caliper or brake hose issue , open the bleeder screw and try to compressthe caliper if it compresses mostlikely you need a new brake hose. Far as the ticking you may have e brake hardware that is hanging up or possibly a baacking plate rubbing. although you may have a bad brearing.
