For the last 6 months or so I have been looking for either a reman or used engine for a 2010 Escape. Both me and a shop who has agreed to do the work have found it most difficult to locate an engine. We've had a few decent leads but they have all fallen through for one reason or another. Do you guys know of any good resources like Blue Prism Automotive that I can use to find me an engine? I have been perusing car-part.com with no success and even a few reman companies I have reached out to said they do not offer the 1GR-FE. I would love to hear your opinions on how I should go about this search. Thank you all!

What is different from the engines available as compared to the one in your vehicle presently ?
