I am looking at purchasing a 70-or 71 Torino. I am wonder what model has the floor shifter and buckets seats, I can't figure it out.

Welcome to the site.

GT’s probably would have more offerings with that configuration, but they did produce GT with bench seats, auto. I’d guess 3 spd manual as well although I’ve never seen one. Same goes with a base Torino, depending on build, or how ordered I believe you could get pretty much any option config..
Are you looking for a performer, GT, Cobra/Super etc? Or a sleeper? Love the 70-71 styling, more so in the GT dress... I had a 71 Cyclone 351C, Auto.. Was a fun car, big, but sporty and comfy. Wish it had been a Cyclone Spoiler, with a big block and 4 spd !
